STRAIGHT ANSWERS
Questions I get a lot.
Do I actually own my website?
Your content is yours from the start. The domain is yours — I register or manage it for you and transfer it whenever you ask. On a one-time build, the delivered site is yours once it’s paid off; on the $0-down plan it’s licensed for the first twelve months and yours after that (or sooner, once any early-exit amount is paid). If you leave, you take the public site files, your leads, the domain, and your Google Business Profile. I keep the templates and build system I use for every client. No release fee — though an unpaid invoice can pause hosting after notice.
How can you charge half what agencies do?
One-person shop, modern tools, no office and no account managers. The savings are structural, not corners cut.
I already have a website. Worth switching?
If it’s slow or rough on a phone, it’s costing you calls. Ask for the free mockup and compare side by side.
What if I want changes later?
That’s what care plans are for. Essential covers small edits; Growth and Pro include regular updates.
How long does it take?
About two weeks from the day I have your facts, photos, and approvals. That’s a target, not a stopwatch — if I’m waiting on you, the calendar waits too.
What if I already have a domain or Google listing?
Keep both. You stay the owner. I take manager or DNS access only while I’m running the site, and I hand it back when we stop.
What happens if I stop paying?
If an invoice is more than 15 days past due, I’ll send you a written notice, and you’ll have 7 days to fix it before anything goes offline. After that I can take the live site offline until the invoice is current. Your content and domain are still yours — they’re not a bargaining chip. I just can’t host a site I’m not being paid to host.
What counts as a page?
A page at its own web address, or a distinct titled section with the same amount of content on a one-address layout. The count on your order form is the count I build.
How does the $0-down plan work?
$150 a month covers a 3-page site, hosting, and care. The twelve-month minimum is what lets me skip the build fee — after month 12 it’s month-to-month, cancel on 30 days’ notice. Leave after launch but before month 12 and you owe half of the remaining monthly fees (never more than $1,500), plus anything unpaid. Then the site files and domain go with you. Cancel before launch and you owe nothing.
